  • To submit an animal sample for possible animal disease detection and diagnosis, please call the Animal Disease Lab at 775-353-3709.  
       
• Insect Specimen Submission Form
  • To submit plant parts, insects or photos for insect problem diagnosis or insect identification, please use the Insect Specimen Submission Form and follow guidance for identification services.  
       
• Plant Sample Submission Form
  • To submit plant parts, soil or photos for disease analysis and diagnosis, please use the Plant Sample Submission Form.  
             
• Seed Sample Submission Form
  • To submit seed samples for purity, germination or other seed analyses, please use the Seed Sample Submission Form.
