Grapes
PURCHASE
Choose plump and firm grapes. Make sure they are firmly attached to the stem.
KEEP
Grapes can be stored in a plastic bag in the refrigerator for up to a week.
PREPARE
Rinse grapes under cool water prior to eating or using in a recipe.
RECIPE
Great Grape Smoothie
1 cup seedless Grapes
½ cup Cherries (frozen)
½ cup Strawberries (frozen)
½ cup Orange (sliced)
½ cup Banana (sliced)
Combine all ingredients in a blender container. Blend until mixture is smooth.
Pour into glasses and serve.
