PURCHASE

When buying fresh dill, the stems should appear to have been freshly cut and the leaves should not be wilted.

    KEEP

Fresh dill should be used within one to two days after purchase. It should be wrapped loosely in plastic. Dill can also be frozen and retains its flavor better than if dried.
