PURCHASE

When buying cabbage, look for heads that feel heavy with shiny leaves. Avoid any that have leaf damages or feel light when compared to their size.

    KEEP

Cabbage can be stored in your refrigerator for up to a week when wrapped in a plastic bag.

      PREPARE

To use cabbage, remove the outer leaves and then cut the remaining into pieces. Rinse well with water and then cut into the desired size. Discard any pieces that seem tough.
