EXAMINATION RULES:
- NO CELL PHONES, OTHER ELECTRONIC DEVICES, and/or STUDY MATERIALS or OTHER PAPERS ALLOWED IN THE EXAMINATION ROOM.
- NO LOUD OR DISRUPTIVE BEHAVIOR WILL BE TOLERATED WITHIN THE EXAMINATION ROOM.
- FOOD OR DRINKS ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THE EXAMINATION ROOM.
- All examinations must be turned in to the exam proctor no later than 4:30 p.m.
- No walk-in examinees will be accepted.
PRINCIPALS
- Principal Examinations given by appointment only on Monday and Thursday (excluding Holidays).
- Principal Examinations are NOT administered on Tuesday, Wednesday, or Friday.
- Payment is due when the exam is scheduled.
- EXAM RESULTS: Exam results will not be made available.
OPERATORS
- Examinations will be given by appointment only.
- As a general rule, all Operator Examinations will be given on Tuesdays with check-in at the Nevada Department of Agriculture office . Exam sessions start times vary, but usually will start at 9:00 a.m. (exact time will be stated when the appointment is made).
- All operator examinations must be paid for in advance at the Department of Agriculture office located at 2300 McLeod Street, Las Vegas, NV 89104 – Phone: (702) 668-4545. Exam scheduling and payments can be made only here: Pesticide Exam Scheduling & Payment Portal
- Operator exam appointments must be scheduled by the Friday before the following weeks exam date. No same week appointments will be accepted.
- EXAM RESULTS: Exam results will not be made immediately available. All operator exam results will be posted on the Nevada Department of Agriculture web page Click here.
AGENTS
- Examinations will be given by appointment only. Agent presentations are given at the Nevada Department of Agriculture office.
- As a general rule, there will be no Agent Exams administered on Tuesdays.
- There is no examination fee. A fee of $350.00 is due at the time of licensing.
- EXAM RESULTS: Exam results will not be made available.
