Notification forms

The Noxious Weed Notification form is an internal form used to file a formal notice regarding the presence of noxious weeds in the state of Nevada:

The Noxious Weeds Notification form will be directed to the regulatory program where the notification will be assessed and potential regulatory action may occur.

The EDDMapS Noxious Weed Species detection reporting is used to notify the noxious weeds team of the presence of a noxious weed in the state of Nevada through a third party.

The EDDMaps Noxious Weed Species Detection reporting enables us to gather information on the presence, quantity and distribution of different noxious weeds in the state to better assist us in making regulatory decisions.

The Weed Management Plan form is used to notify NDA of how you intend to manage a noxious weed species on your property after receiving a letter.

The Weed Management Plan form is not required to be submitted to the NDA under the provisions of NRS 555, but utilization of this form after receiving a letter from the NDA allows us to better manage properties in violation of the statute and allows the property owner to have less interaction with the NDA throughout the treatment process.
