Antifreeze Registration

The Nevada Department of Agriculture (NDA) is responsible for the registration of Antifreeze in Nevada. State law requires that all anti-freeze be registered with NDA prior to being sold, displayed for sale or held with intent to sell within this State.

ONLINE REGISTRATION INFORMATION

A non-refundable fee of $50 is assessed for each antifreeze product registration. Product registrations expire June 30th of every year, and must be renewed annually. 

We are pleased to announce our new online Antifreeze Registration System. In an effort to streamline and provide a more efficient registration process, companies and individuals will now be able to submit applications and labels online. This includes renewals and initial applications. 

Our online Antifreeze Registration system accepts e-checks, American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover for payment. Companies that previously submitted payment by ACH can now submit payments via e-check on our online system.

To renew online you will need your NDA assigned company ID "A" number and your pass code (that was provided to you in your renewal letter).
