A.  *The Nevada Board of Agriculture directs the Nevada Department of Agriculture, pursuant to NRS 561.105, to draft a letter on behalf of the board to the Assembly Committee on Ways and Means, the Senate Finance Committee on Finance, and Governor Sisolak requesting consideration that all Nevada POST certified sworn peace officer positions within the NDA's Livestock Law Enforcement program and all associated position equipment be funded by the state general fund - Paul Anderson, Chair (for possible action)
