Nevada Dept. of Agriculture Hemp Staff

The Nevada Department of Agriculture (NDA) is responsible for oversight of all industrial hemp research and development projects. This includes the following:

   1. Enforcing regulations that ensure proper legality with cultivation activity
   3. Performing inspections to maintain research credibility and hemp status
   4. Licensing growers, seed producers, and handlers of industrial hemp within the State

Grower/Producer Protocol

The Department acts as the enforcement agency to guarantee that appropriate protocol is followed, supporting federal regulations.
