Environmental Protection Agency

The Nevada Department of Agriculture, in partnership with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, administers several state and federal pesticide programs which ensure the safe and effective use of insecticides, herbicides, and other pesticides.

Pesticide regulatory programs help protect the health of Nevada's citizens, and the environment from adverse impacts associated with the misuse of pesticides.

Please take a moment to learn about some of the programs and services which effect you.
