Dealer's License for  Restricted Use Fertilizer

New security measures since the September 11th tragedy have pervaded nearly every part of our lives. Due to the potential for misuse of certain fertilizers, The Nevada Department of Agriculture (NDOA) has found it necessary to begin requiring Licenses for fertilizer distributors.

This guidance document is intended to help you better understand how these changes and new Licenses will affect you. It includes an application form and details of reporting requirements.

The application is available separately here.  You will need a copy of Adobe Reader to view these files.
