January 2, 2007 the Las Vegas, Nevada office
will be implementing some new procedures
that will affect the way Pest Control Exams
are administered. This change will affect
primarily Operator and Agent Examinees. All
changes are outlined below – please read
carefully: |

PRINCIPALS: |

Examinations will be given by appointment
only on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays &
Fridays (excluding Holidays) starting at
either 9:00 a.m. or 2:00 p.m. at the Nevada
Department of Agriculture office located at
2300 McLeod Street, Las Vegas, NV 89104 –
Phone: (702) 486-4690.

There will be no Principal Exams
administered on Wednesdays. |
|
|
As
a general rule, pre-payment of the exam is
not necessary. |
|
OPERATORS: |
|
|
Examinations will be given by appointment
only. |
|

As a general rule, all Operator Examinations
will be given on Wednesdays at the UN
Cooperative Extension office (Horticulture
Conference Room) at 8050 S. Maryland Pkwy,
STE 100, Las Vegas, NV 89123 starting at
9:00 a.m., 10:30 a.m. or 2:00 p.m.

All operator examinations must be paid for
in advance at the Department of Agriculture
office located at 2300 McLeod Street, Las
Vegas, NV 89104 – Phone: (702) 486-4690.

OPERATOR EXAMINATION RULES (UN Cooperative
Extension Office):

NO
CELL PHONES, OTHER ELECTRONIC DEVICES (other
than calculators) and STUDY MATERIALS OR
OTHER PAPERS ALLOWED.

NO
LOUD TALKING OR DISRUPTIVE BEHAVIOR WILL BE
TOLERATED WITHIN THE BUILDING.

All examinations must be turned in to the
exam proctor no later than 4:30 p.m.

No
walk-in examinees will be accepted.

EXAM RESULTS:
Exam results will not be made immediately
available. All exam results will be posted
on the Nevada Department of Agriculture web

AGENTS: |
|
|
Examinations will be given by appointment
only on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays &

presentation will start at either 7:30 a.m.
or 4:30 p.m. sharp (late arrivals will have
to reschedule) at the Nevada Department of
Agriculture office located at 2300 McLeod

There is no examination fee. A fee of
$350.00 is due at licensing. |
