Proposed Regulations:

The Bureau received approval to go to workshop and hearing to update the references to ASTM methods in Nevada Administrative Code Section 590 from the State Board of Agriculture at their May 21, 2001 meeting.  The regulations cited in NAC 590 refer to outdated versions of the ASTM methods and we would like to update them to the new versions. The new versions contain several improvements as well as corrections to errors found in the previous versions. The update would be as follows:
